The PROFORMANCE Productivity Suite is designed to improve document imaging efficiency. From scanning, indexing and reporting to synchronizing host data with the OnBase document management system, PROFORMANCE has developed a unique core of utilities that improve document imaging and management operations.

INFO-INDEX

To successfully retrieve documents filed in OnBase, each document must be accurately indexed to identify the document type as well as the account or account holder to which it belongs.  INFO-INDEX facilitates the indexing process by enabling users throughout an organization to create barcode index cover sheets. The program dynamically pulls index data from the OnBase system. Once printed, barcode sheets are placed in front of each document and routed for scanning.  INFO-INDEX is most effective when also using Host Sync each night to download index data from the host system to the OnBase system.  This approach provides the most accurate method to accurately insert key word index data into the OnBase database while also cataloging documents into the correct document type.  Mistakes are minimized by eliminating the keying of index data. 

INFO-VIEW

INFO-VIEW organizes document images into color coded, folder and tab-level views, making it easy to find imaged documents in a manner consistent with physical folders.  This intuitive view of an electronic folder of documents ensures a smooth transition from the paper world to the digital world.

Host Synchronization

Host Synchronization (Host Sync) ensures that consistent customer information and other relevant data (i.e. index values, keywords) is maintained between OnBase and host systems.  The system provides a mechanism to download keyword index data from the host on a nightly basis.  Since a small window of time is typically available for this batch process, Host Sync is designed to update OnBase quickly and efficiently.  Host index data (i.e. CIF number, Tax I.D. number, loan number, customer name, social security number, etc.) is synchronized with keyword values in the OnBase system. This process facilitates automated indexing of documents, reducing or eliminating the need to re-key index information into the OnBase system. When data changes on the host, the change is propagated to the OnBase each night.

Deposit synchronization

Deposit Synchronization (Deposit Sync) maintains the consistency of customer and account status information (i.e. closed account, dormant account, new signatures, name changes, etc.) between the host system and the signature cards stored in the OnBase. This product produces an exception report listing account numbers from the host that do not have a signature card or other deposit document in the OnBase system. It also lists signature cards in which the index was miss-keyed (signature cards with accounts that do not exist on the host).  Deposit Sync also provides for the download of secure keyword sets to automatically limit the documents a user in the OnBase system can view based on the appropriate security.

info-Reports

INFO-REPORTS is a management tool designed to deliver valuable statistical information about the productivity of scanning and indexing operators, administrative and security data, and a variety of information about the documents stored in the OnBase system.

info-TRANSFER

INFO-TRANSFER enables organizations to scan documents using multifunction peripherals (MFP) or network scanners located in distributed or geographically disbursed environments, then automates the centralized archival of the images into the OnBase system.
