Team Viewer

1. Click the link above for remote support using Team Viewer.
2. Click the Run button on the File Download security warning for TeamViewerQS.exe (2.54MB). Optionally, you may save the executable to your Desktop to run for future remote support connections.
3. Click the Run button on the Internet Explorer security warning.
4. Provide the support representative with the values for "Your ID" and "Password".

1. Click the link above for remote support using GoTo Meeting.
2. Enter the meeting ID provided by PROFORMANCE.
